Our Black Oxide Powder for Concrete is a high-performance coloring material developed specifically for the concrete industry. It is a black powder designed for precast concrete units, paving bricks, permeable bricks, and decorative concrete applications.

Unlike ordinary pigments, this product remains stable in alkaline environments and works well with cement-based materials. The colored concrete achieves uniform and long-lasting color performance. It helps maintain a stable appearance even after extended outdoor exposure.

Our product contains 95% to 98% iron oxide black. The 105℃ volatile matter content is below 1.5%. Water-soluble matter remains below 0.5%, and the 38.5μm sieve residue is less than 0.3%.

These specifications ensure good dispersion and stability in concrete mixtures. Our factory is located in Xindeng Town, Fuyang District, Hangzhou. We operate an 8,000-square-meter production facility with 36 employees.

We produce this material by recovering iron resources from steel pickling waste liquid. Through processing and purification, we transform waste resources into valuable pigment products. This production method reduces waste and helps maintain consistent product quality.

We hold complete environmental permits and have passed relevant regulatory reviews. As a national high-tech enterprise, we continue to improve production management and technical capabilities.

We support mixed orders. When the total order quantity reaches 10 tons, customers can combine different colors or specifications. The minimum quantity for each individual item can be discussed according to requirements.

We also provide customized packaging services. We can design bags and labels based on your specifications. Our monthly production capacity reaches 500 tons, allowing us to provide reliable delivery for large orders.

For export shipments, we use moisture-proof packaging with reinforced outer protection. This helps maintain product quality during long-distance transportation.
