Common anti-interference snap-on ferrite cores can cost as little as 0.13 RMB/piece, while general-purpose PC40 material filtering cores start at just 0.02 RMB/piece.
Medium-power industrial power supplies (switching power supplies, LED drivers): Commonly used cores such as the PQ series and EE25–EE40 sizes generally range from 0.80 to 10.00 RMB per unit. Domestic alternatives can reduce costs by approximately 30% compared to imported brands; for instance, a custom domestic EE25 core might drop from 1.20 RMB/piece to 0.85 RMB/piece.
High-power power supplies (PV inverters, charging pile modules): Large-format, high-power ferrite cores (e.g., UU80) cost approximately 39 to 90 RMB per unit for bulk purchases, whereas small-batch or piecemeal purchases can exceed 45 RMB/piece.
